Multinational Tipico Group, the leading sports betting and online gaming provider in Germany and Austria and one of Malta’s most attractive employers for more than 20 years, has entered a multi-year collaboration with the Malta Football Association (MFA) as the Official Partner of the Senior Men’s National Team to further strengthen its employer brand in Malta.
This agreement marks a significant milestone in Tipico’s two-decade history as an employer in Malta. The partnership will focus on strengthening the group’s talent acquisition through its portal Tipico Careers (www.tipico-careers.com), highlighting the company’s long-term commitment to local talent and plenty of employment opportunities in fields from tech to finance, legal and other business support roles.
Supporting Malta’s national football ecosystem will be upping Tipico’s visibility among Malta’s skilled workforce with a passion for sports.
Branding Integration Across Team and Stadium
As part of the partnership, the Tipico logo will appear across several official MFA and national team assets, including official technical wear and gear, such as training tops, training sweatshirts, polo shirts, tracksuit tops, and walk-on anthem jackets. Additionally, there will be advertising boards within the National Stadium, access to official merchandising products and tickets as well as digital and social media integrations. All digital activation shown will focus on Tipico’s employer portal Tipico Careers (www.tipico-careers.com).
