As a sponsor of RB Leipzig Tipico was part of the party. Several thousand RB fans travelled to the party zone next to the Red Bull Arena. Next to an exclusive raffle, the Tipico Headis tournament was the highlight at the well-visited Tipico promotion stand. In a warm up session, the two Headis professionals with the player names “Lauchgesicht” (Leek face) and “Headonis” played an exhibition match. The two header artists offset the numerous football fans with their countless dare devilish moves off and on the plate. Even Ingo Hertzsch, former professional football player, tried his luck at the Headis table. The trending sport Headis was invented in 2006 by a physical education student in Kaiserslautern.

As usual with Headis, all players could qualify for the final of Tipico Headis tournament in the interior of the Red Bull Arena over two rounds. It did not matter whether the players headed the Headis-ball for the first time in their life or jump across the plate for a long time already. 13,000 people were watching, when the big final was played in the interior of the Red Bull Arena shortly before the preparation match of the Red Bulls Vs Real Betis Sevilla. The Headis finalists were happy winning box tickets and a signed RB-shirt as well as grandstand tickets and a ball signed by the entire Leipzig squad. In the end, Tobias Gruhne of “New Headz on the block”, the first Headis team from Leipzig, grabbed the tournament win.
