The eagerly waiting for the new season will soon be over for the fans of the Bundesliga. In preparation to the upcoming season, more than 25,000 visitors gathered last weekend at the party at the HSV Volkspark Stadium. As a sponsor of the Bundesliga dino Tipico was part of the party.
Around 30 interactive stations invited the fans to participate. Among them one particularly stood out: The Tipico EURO GOLF booth. Here the HSV fans could demonstrate their ball skills in an unusual way. Participants had to putt the ball by foot on a sort of mini-golf pitch. Who managed at least once qualified for the Tipico Quiz, which took place on the main stage soon after the successful preparation match in which HSV beat English Premier League club Stoke City with one goal to nil.
Two times four quiz participants had a tough fight over three rounds. Only real HSV fans who knew the long Hamburg club’s history very well had a chance to win. In between rounds, Buddy Ogün, the band Abschlach! and Lotto King Karl entertained the visitors. The lucky quiz winners finally received Tipico box tickets, VIP grandstand tickets and a HSV-season ticket. Those coming in on ranks four to eight didn’t have to walk home empty handed either. Tipico surprised them with a HSV supporters bag, filled to the brim with goodies such as a signed jersey.
